This article analyzes the concept of "religious freedom" understood as a logical consequence of the principle of "free will". That is why, this article presents, firstly, the analysis of "free will" from a Jewish perspective taking as the main source to the Pentateuch, supplemented by the opinions and interpretations that different Rabbis developed over the centuries. In a second instance the idea of "religious freedom" in light of the Jewish tradition is briefly analyzed.
