Abstract

The freedom of expression is a fundamental and constitutionally recognized right that, therefore, can be exercised by any person inside the limits established by the law. However, the issue consists in knowing if it is a right of general application, independently from the subject that uses the freedom of expression, or if, on the contrary, there’s a true discrimination when this right is exercised by persons connected to the Church, in order to protect or spread their beliefs or in the analysis of the temporal realities from the perspective of the Christian ethics and doctrine.
