This paper wants to present the Peruvian Church and State system, a collaborative model evolving from a previous confessional catholic State. Religious diversity of Peruvian society had play a major role in such evolution but at the same time had force to solve the difficulties faced by sharing a religiously plural society. Accommodation rules have the perfect legal essence to solve these problems, but we will see they are not jet well known in the Peruvian legal system, and those judicial opportunities to enforce them were wasted.
