In recent years it has intensified the conflicts related to the use of identifying garb of belief by some Muslim students, particularly the islamic headscarf or hijab. Should we allow their presence in the classroom? Should the right to education or religious freedom prevail? The lack of legislation on an unthinkable phenomenon in our country a few years ago has generated a loophole that fuels the debate, not only in legal and political forums, but also in the street.
